Roadmap scope — not a live feature claim

The first-release plan is defined, but the pharmacy workspace is still coming soon. This page deliberately separates planned controls from available product capability.

Workspace capabilities

Built around the work this business actually runs.

The core platform stays coherent, while the operational objects, workflows, language, and controls match pharmacy work.

Catalogue and inventory

Manage the active product catalogue and the stock state behind availability.

  • Catalogue management
  • CSV import
  • Inventory availability
  • Order reservations

Verification controls

Preserve verification as evidence and use it as a real workflow gate.

  • Phone verification evidence
  • Flagged-order handling
  • Blocked fulfilment states
  • Internal authorisation controls

Packing and dispatch

Move eligible orders through picking, packing, handoff, and shipment.

  • Packing queue
  • Dispatch control
  • Shipment status
  • Order tracking

Delivery and returns

Keep delivery outcomes connected to the order and stock effect.

  • Delivery fees
  • Courier handoff
  • Returns
  • Restocking

COD reconciliation

The first planned release is cash-on-delivery only.

  • COD checkout
  • Courier remittance
  • Mismatch review
  • Financial close evidence

Roles and audit

Protect controlled work with explicit access and operational history.

  • Role permissions
  • Status-change audit
  • Evidence records
  • Exception ownership

Operating flow

From signal to accountable action.

The point is not to collect more data. It is to make the current state, next action, owner, and proof visible at the moment the work moves.

01

Place and confirm

Capture the order, delivery context, fees, and stock availability.

02

Verify when required

Add append-only verification evidence and keep flagged orders blocked until accepted.

03

Reserve and fulfil

Reserve eligible stock, pack the order, and control dispatch and tracking.

04

Reconcile the outcome

Record delivery, return, restocking, COD remittance, and any mismatch that needs review.

Questions

What teams need to know.

Is the pharmacy workspace available now?

No. It is the next planned DevFathom vertical. The page describes the first-release operating scope, not a currently live product.

Will customers upload prescriptions in the first release?

The current first-release plan does not expose a public prescription-upload or registration surface. Verification is handled as controlled operational evidence.

Which payments are planned first?

Cash on delivery only in the first release. Online payment methods should not be advertised until the workflow, reconciliation, and commercial controls are implemented.

What prevents a flagged order from being shipped?

A fulfilment gate. Orders that require verification remain blocked from packing, dispatch, and delivery until successful evidence is recorded.
